Shipping

We typically offer free shipping for orders over $1,000. However, certain orders, such as those containing bulky, oversized, or heavy items, may incur additional shipping fees. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Our orders are typically shipped via standard ground services (e.g., FedEx or UPS) with doorstep delivery unless otherwise requested. Please note that drivers do not assist with product assembly.

For truck-delivered orders, we will contact you to coordinate delivery, which may include scheduling a time slot or arranging for a loading dock or forklift if the truck does not have a lift gate. Please note that requiring a lift gate may incur additional shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is faulty upon arrival. Please do not return any products without prior approval. For further details, please refer to our refund policy.

Taxes

Currently, sales tax is only collected for orders shipped to California. Any applicable taxes will be communicated during the finalization of your order.
