We accept returns and exchanges for hardware to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

Sales Policy

1. Order acceptance policy - your receipt of any electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Immedia Systems (immediasys.com) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

2. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout, PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Checks as methods of payment.

3. We also offer credit with Net payment terms to established businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. Purchase Orders will then be accepted. To set up an account, please email sales@immediasys.com.

4. All items that we sell are factory-provided, factory-sealed, and brand new. We do not sell used, refurbished or grey-market items. All items come with the new product warranties from the manufacturers.

5. We offer Free Ground Shipping for orders $100 and over within the lower 48 states of the United States. Expedited shipping is also available at additional cost. Most products ship the same day your order is placed and can ship overnight to anywhere in the US.

6. We are required to collect Sales Tax of 7.5% for items shipped to California.

7. International shipping is available at extra cost. Some items are not available for purchase outside the US. Please email or call prior to placing an order.

8. With larger and insufficient-stock/out-of-stock orders, we may be able to arrange for the manufacturer to drop-ship the order direct to you. Requirements vary by manufacturer. Please email or call to enquire.

9. Please note that no returns are allowed on consumables like batteries, labels, printer ribbons, and RFID tags. Sales of these items are final.

10. All undeliverable or refused shipments are subject to a 20% shipping and handling fee.

11. We may make changes to the content at the website and the store, including product descriptions and prices, at any time without notice. Immedia Systems does not make any guarantees as to currency or accuracy of this content.

12. Any purchases made from Immedia Systems signify your agreement with all of the above terms.



Return Policy

1. All hardware returns must be pre-approved. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email from returns@immediasys.com. Please state the reason for the return. The warehouse does not accept any returns without the RMA number.

2. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and are subject to 15% shipping and handling fee. The majority of returns and exchanges are due to incompatible connectors and other basic issues. We would like to advise customers to double check selected items, or check with us prior to placing orders.

3. All returns must be shipped back to the designated warehouse that is indicated in the email with the RMA number. If the return is made to our sales office, an additional freight charge will be applied to return the item to the warehouse.

4. All items returned must not be opened, used, or tampered with in any way. Returned items must be in their original, factory-sealed packaging. There must be no damage to all contents including the packaging and the product box. There must be nothing written or pasted on the product box. We ship all items inner boxed and they need to be sent back inner boxed as well. If any of these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back.

5. Defective items may be returned for replacement within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, the defective item can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer of the item within the warranty period of the product.

6. No returns or exchanges are accepted past 30 days of delivery.

7. The shipping cost for returns is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

8. No returns are accepted on consumables like batteries, labels, printer ribbons, and RFID tags.

After you have read and understood the above return policy and would still like to make a return, please request an RMA number with the reason for the return from returns@immediasys.com.
