Tag Addition

StockCheck will only consider adding tags to a worksheet if they are unique to the entire file (i.e. across all worksheets). In other words, if a tag already exists on one worksheet, the tag will not be added if it is scanned on a different worksheet.

Duplicate Tags

Since the files that StockCheck works with may be edited outside of the program, the data can be changed to be different from how StockCheck maintains it. Here is how StockCheck deals with unusual situations:

1. If a tag is duplicated across worksheets (even though the program won't duplicate tags in operation), a scan of that tag will be regarded as a scan of that tag on all the worksheets where it is duplicated.

2. If a tag's Electronic Product Code (EPC ) should be duplicated within a worksheet (a situation which we think doesn't make sense), only the first instance of that tag will be shown.

Non-Editable Fields

The data in the Rfid Tag, Last Scan, and User Id columns cannot edited within StockCheck since the program is responsible for maintaining this information.
